About the Author

R J Leonard is the author name on "In the Blink of a Cow's Eye," a memoir by Bob Leonard, a former Fortune 50 process analyst who became a grassroots animal rights organizer after a single encounter with a steer along California's Highway 1 in 1995.

Over thirty years he has worked with Delaware Action for Animals, Delaware Wetland Volunteers, GeesePeace in Delaware, the Mid-Atlantic Animal Rights Coalition, Animal Rights/Vegan Advocacy in Palm Beach County, and Florida Wildlife Advocates.

The book, and the author platform around it, exist to put individual stories in front of readers, podcasts, and event audiences: an agenda-less account rather than an advocacy pitch.
